24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
After Your Demo Class
If you're not completely satisfied with the demo class, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of attending the demo session. No questions asked.
124-Hour Refund After Demo Class
We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee after you attend the demo class. This gives you the opportunity to experience our teaching style, course structure, and content quality before making a final commitment.
Eligibility:
You must attend the scheduled demo class for your enrolled course.
Time Limit:
Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the demo class completion time.
Refund Amount:
100% of the course fee will be refunded (minus any payment processing fees, if applicable).
Process:
Simply contact us via WhatsApp with your enrollment details and refund request.
2General Refund Policy
For refunds requested after the 24-hour demo class period, the following terms apply:
Before Course Start Date:
If you request a refund before the course officially starts, you'll receive a 90% refund of the course fee. The remaining 10% covers administrative and processing costs.
Within First Week of Course:
If you request a refund within the first week of the course start date, you'll receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
After First Week:
Refunds are not available after the first week of the course has passed, as you will have received substantial course content and materials.
3How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp with the following information:
- 1.Your full name as registered
- 2.Course name you enrolled in
- 3.Enrollment date
- 4.Payment transaction ID or proof
- 5.Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
4Refund Processing
Processing Time:
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be sent to the same payment method you used for enrollment.
Payment Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Nayapay, Easypaisa, Sadapay, or Jazz Cash account) used during enrollment.
Notification:
You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.
5Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- •Payment processing fees (if any) charged by payment gateways
- •Any additional services or materials purchased separately
- •Personal mentorship sessions (if purchased as an add-on)
- •Refunds requested after the first week of course completion
6Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. In special circumstances (medical emergencies, family emergencies, etc.), we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even if they fall outside the standard refund policy.

7Course Transfer Option
Instead of a refund, you may also choose to transfer your enrollment to another course or a future batch of the same course. This option is available if:
- ✓The course you want to transfer to has available seats
- ✓You request the transfer before the course start date
- ✓There's a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly
